Handwritten note to Joseph T. Weingold, Association Executive Director, from Daniel Gutman of the New York City Municipal Court. The note reads: Dear Mr. Weingold, Thanks for your letter with enclosures. I am writing tonight to several of my frineds in the Legislature. Will do all I can to help. I believe that the New York Jewish Child Care Council is also actively supporting this bill. I'm quite sure it was discussed by Commissioner Libeich at the November and December meeting.
