Alexander Russotto served as the State Association's 3rd President. He began his service to the AHRC as Manhattan Fund Raising Chairman during 1950. He was elected Association President in 1951 and re-elected in 1953. He served as President until his unexpected death on March 24, 1953. Under Mr. Russotto's leadership, many new projects were established including the Sheltered Workshop, nursury classes and the School for Mothers. |
