In December, 1959, a dinner was given to honor State Assembly Speaker, Joseph F. Carlino. The dinner raised over $80,000 for the New York City and Nassau Chapters. Mr. Carlino is pictured here just after receving the award, with Nassau County Republican Leader John Russell Sprague at his right.
